Unless you accept responsibility for where you are now and for future results, you have no power to influence your future. Why do so many weight loss sales pitches start with ‘it’s not your fault’?  Because taking the responsibility away from you allows them to sell you their products and gimmicks.  Let’s face it, we are all in search of a fat loss quick fix. A pill or potion, a magic diet formula that will melt the fat off our bodies without having to change our habits.  But it just doesn’t work that way.
