Super Simple Tandoori Fish

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 500g skinless white fish cut into fillets

  • ¼ cup Tandoori paste

  • 2 Tbs unsweetened, plain yoghurt

Method

Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees fan (220g regular). Line an oven tray or baking dish with baking paper.

Mix the paste and yoghurt together. Place fish on the baking paper and spread the paste mix on top (coat one side only).

Bake for 4-6 minutes, depending on the size of the fish fillets. You want the fish to just flake nicely, do not overcook.

Serve with a big salad and perhaps cauliflower tabbouleh.

You could also use this paste mix on top of chicken slices – just adapt the cooking time.
