Scrambled Eggs, Smoked Salmon and Asparagus
Ingredients
- 2 eggs + 2 Tbs milk
- 25g smoked salmon
- Asparagus lightly cooked (as much as you want)
- Extra salad or fibrous veggies to serve if desired
Method
Scramble the eggs, lightly cook the asparagus and arrange with the salmon on a serving plate. Add extra salad or veggies if desired.
