Aimee is a personal trainer client of mine. She certainly sets a great example for her clients and has worked with me during her two pregnancies where she gained minimal excess weight and had very healthy pregnancies.
Aimee also sends her clients to me for help with their fat loss because, as we know, fat loss is about what goes in your mouth, way more than how much exercise you do.

I love seeing and hearing them buzz, when they finally find out how to eat in a healthy and maintainable way, after years of battling with their weight. What you do is life-changing for so many people.
I feel that one of the reasons my clients do so well with you is because they come to you already motivated to work hard. Heck, they’ve hired a PT, they’re that serious! The combination of accountability to both a nutritionist and PT makes the stakes fairly high, and they also find it easier to adhere to good eating habits when they’re working out. Often when temptation arises, they think, “I don’t want to see all my effort at the gym go to waste over this treat... it’s just not worth it.”
The constant encouragement from seeing you and getting the results in terms of fat loss + getting stronger and fitter via training makes it a fairly streamlined road to getting to where they want to be.
