Whipped Feta
This is great on hot BBQ’d veggies or any hot veggies really. You could also use it as a tangy dip.
Depending on which brand of feta you use, you may need to increase the liquid to suit your purpose. Sometimes the mixture below is really stiff and sometimes it is about right.
Ingredients
200g block of feta
1/4 cup of cream
1 Tbs olive oil
1Tbs lemon juice
2Tbs fresh basil (or more to taste) person
Method
Place all ingredients in a food processor and whip until smooth, adding more of the liquids if required.
