Spicy Tandoori Wrap
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 x Mountain Bread wraps, or standard wraps
- 600g (raw) chicken thigh or breast
- 1 1/2 Tbs Tandoori paste mixed with 1 Tbs Lite Greek yoghurt
- Salad Ingredients of choice
Method
Cut the chicken into strips and add to combined Tandoori paste and yoghurt. Marinade for 30 minutes then tip into a baking paper lined baking dish and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked.
Spread half of the wrap with an additional 1 Tbs yoghurt then place chicken and salad on top. Roll up tightly and enjoy.
