Nutty mix to go on top of your breakfast bowl
There is no set amount of each ingredient really, make to your own taste. Here is an example of what to use. I used a food processor to munch up the mixture and I didn’t make it too fine as I like the crunch.
Ingredients to choose from, choose as many as you want
- Almonds
- Walnuts
- Sunflower Seeds
- Pumpkin Seeds
- LSA or ground linseed
- Coconut flakes or coconut threads
Method
Simply blitz to your required ‘size’, then store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer. Two heaped dessertspoons (25g) would be a serving, on top of Greek yoghurt and berries. Added cream is optional.
