Lettuce Wrapped Lamb Burger

Makes 6-8 patties

Pattie Ingredients

  • 600g lamb mince
  • 50g feta
  • 3 dsp chopped mint
  • 1/2 small red onion finely chopped
  • 2 Tbs Simon Gault’s ketchup
  • Salt and pepper

Method

Mix all ingredients together well and form into 6-8 patties

To serve

2 washed and chilled iceberg lettuce leaves per person, plus slices of feta, tomato and capsicum - or other cheese/veggies of your choice.  Additional ketchup.

Cook the patties then place in the leaves and top with toppings of your choice. Wrap and enjoy! Keep a paper towel handy!
