Ham Frittata

Ingredients

  • Medium head of broccoli
  • Bunch of spinach
  • 300g ham, diced
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 100g Grated cheese – Vintage cheese is super good in these dishes

Method

Chop and steam broccoli and spinach, drain well.

Beat the eggs, cream and seasoning together.

Place the ham in the bottom of a greased baking dish, place the spinach and broccoli on top, then pour over the egg mixture.  Scatter the cheese on top and bake in a 190 degree oven for about 45 minutes, or until the cheese is golden.
