Low Carb Garlic and Cheese Zucchini

Zucchinis
Crushed Garlic
Olive Oil
Grated Parmesan
Method
Half zucchinis, scoop out seeds. Mix olive oil and crushed garlic together and brush cut edges of zuchinni with the mixture. Sprinkle grated Parmesan or other tasty cheese on top and bake until tender. About 30 minutes at 180 degrees, depending on the size of the zucchini.
