Egg & Bean Salad
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 x 400g can of Four Bean Mix
- 4 x hard boiled eggs
- 4 x canned baby beetroot
- 80g feta cheese
- ½ plate mixed salad
- 1 Tbs lite dressing or 1 tsp oil
Method
Divide ingredients amongst four plates and serve.
