Easy Low Carb Meal

Ingredients
- 2 eggs – poached
- 3 rashers bacon
- Avocado and feta smash
- Cherry tomatoes
Method
Cook bacon in butter or olive oil and serve with avo smash, eggs and tomatoes.
You could add extras such as mushrooms cooked in cream or butter, lightly cooked asparagus topped with butter, or you could scramble or fry the eggs.
Lots of options for an easy dinner. Or this could be a hearty breakfast or lunch.
