LCHF Creamy Ham and Veggie Bake
Ingredients
You can use whatever quantities of low carb +veggies you like to make this dish up.
- A head of broccoli
- 1 leek
- ½ cabbage
- Bag of mushrooms
- 300g ham
- 8 eggs
- 1 ½ cups cream
- 1 ½ cups grated Vintage or Tasty cheese
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Thyme
Method
Partially cook the veggies and tip into a baking dish. Top with the chopped ham.
Beat the eggs, cream and seasoning together and pour over the veggies. Top with the grated cheese and bake at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes, or until the cheese has coloured and the veggies are tender.
Serve with creamy cauliflower mash and steamed silverbeet.
