Chocolate Nut Cups

Makes 6 mini cups

Ingredients

  • 100g of 70% cocoa chocolate
  • nuts / seeds / toasted coconut flakes

Method

Using mini silicon or foil liners (available from the $2 shops), line 6 mini muffin tins.

Melt 100g of 70% cocoa chocolate (I used Cadbury Old Gold), then spoon the melted chocolate into the mini cups.

Top with nuts/seeds/toasted coconut flakes and press in gently, just so they stay fixed in the chocolate.

Chill until set.
