  • 1 x 60 minute initial appointment where we will set targets for you to meet each week, write up a nutrition plan, set exercise goals and get you fired up, after assessing body composition and health status

  • 1 x 30 minute appointment one week later to go over your progress and make any necessary adjustments

  • 4 x 15 minute weekly accountability appointments
