Nutrition panel reading
Just a warning to be aware that when reading nutrition panels on food products you need to check the serving size and how many servings there are per pack.
A good example of this is when a client told me about a sugar free chocolate bar she had been given that had less than 70 calories. I was excited too and asked her to send me a photo of the label! Unfortunately, on reading the nutrition panel I saw that the (50g) package contained three servings, meaning that the whole bar actually contained a little under 200 calories. Very sneaky, I mean who really buys a small bar of chocolate and shares it with two others!!
If in doubt about the nutritional value of foods, contact me, I'd love to help.
